General Terms, Conditions and Release of Liability.

Thank you for participating in The Habit Factor® Challenge!

As a welcome participant please be aware of the following terms and conditions about The Habit Factor® Challenge.

I (participant) fully understand that no specific guarantees of results are being made and accept for myself, my heirs, and my personal representatives, full responsibility for any personal, bodily and or mental injury, death, or property losses which may occur as a result of my being a part of this program or engaging in coaching/ mentoring sessions. I/we hereby indemnify and save and hold harmless any representatives; coaches/ mentor(s) of The Habit Factor and/or Equilibrium Enterprises, Inc.. and its associates from any loss, liability, damage, and cost I may incur during my participation in this program.

I further acknowledge The Habit Factor Challenge, Equilibrium Enterprises, Inc., Martin Grunburg and any staff, guest experts or affiliates are NOT acting as consultants, real estate brokers, accountants, attorneys, medical professionals, therapists, or financial advisors.

If needed, I will seek the advice of a professional in the state where I am doing business and/ or reside. I accept full responsibility and all liability for actions and results from any transaction using these products and or services.

This “Challenge” and related information is designed to provide accurate and authoritative information and tools with regard to the subject matter covered. It is offered with the understanding the presenters and representatives are not engaged in rendering legal, accounting, or any other professional service. If legal advice or other expert advice is required, the services of a competent professional should be sought.

Sharing your story/your success:
I authorize Equilibrium Enterprises, Inc. (The Habit Factor®), Martin Grunburg, and/ or its business entities and corporations to use my success story (name, likeness, image) as a testimonial in future blogs, social media, publications as desired. I also agree to allow the use of my voice, photo, and likeness captured in any programs that will be photographed, audio or video taped to be used for future products and / or marketing.

I have read the above, acknowledge and fully understand these terms and conditions. I release any and all liability, and further agree no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made. Further, I acknowledge that should I have any questions related to this challenge I understand it’s my obligation and responsibility to ask.

I intend to participate fully in The Habit Factor® Challenge. I plan to give this my all and track my new behaviors/ habits for the four weeks of this particular challenge of which I’ve subscribed to.

By registering for this program, I fully agree to the above Terms and Conditions and Release from Liability.
