Her Environment and Her Body…ONE

A girl lies feet-up on her warm bed.
Home.
Well-fed. Loved. Sheltered. Seemingly safe.
In her hands, an inviting glow.
A portal.
A flickering bridge to wars she can’t name.
Faces twisted in rage. Bodies broken over borders she’s never crossed.
Mentally…spiritually…psychologically, transported.
Then.
The other world…
Whispers she’s never enough.
Attack. Echo. Confusion. Unrest.
Her environment doesn’t end with the walls at home.
Her environment and her body…
ONE.
Her phone, eyes, hands, face, heart, lungs, and mind.
ONE.
Pixels. Pulses. Beeps. Notifications.
Vibrations, reverberations…seep into her synapses.
The blood, the news…not external.
Embodied —
Emotionally. Physiologically. Neurobiologically.
She’s affected —
Confused. Scattered.
At first, linked and connected
Then, torn.
No longer a metaphor.
Measurable.
The quiet, calm, peaceful echo.
GONE.
Frantic.
Frenetic.
Chaotic.
A safe home, a loving family, bypassed instantly.
Flesh and data entwined.
A third eye.
The numbers do not lie.
Anxiety, depression, self-harm —
an alarming tide in terrible sync with the “smartphone generations.”
Not a plea to halt technology.
A plea to address it.
Face forward. Eyes open.
To bring new tools, models, and maps.
We teach children abstract arts, Reading, wRiting, and aRithmetic.
The “3 R’s.” Conceived in the 1830s—before lightbulbs, algorithms, and AI.
Long before an adolescent’s world could be swallowed immediately by the glow.
Where is she now?
Where are those who follow?
Adrift in a digital ocean — trying to navigate a technological storm.
No compass. No map. No language.
No way to grasp what is happening. No way to comprehend the system — the sensory overload.
Currents pulling her under?
Maps and models provide clarity — they make the confusing, clear.
While they cannot guarantee safe arrival, they’re used daily because they increase the odds significantly.
UBM is the map, the model, and the compass.
It’s the language of accessibility. It’s elemental, goal-directed, and practical.
Practical enough for a K8 classroom.
Urgent enough for a crisis center.
The truth is, behavior hasn’t been taught, just demanded.
It’s time.
Time for the 4th R: BehavioR.
Soon, a child will look up from their screen, jaw dropped…
What they do next
depends upon what you do now.
Elemental Behavioral Literacy. It begins here.

Thanks for reading. 🙏🏼
OPEN SCIENCE: “Allegedly,” the only elemental, unified, and falsifiable behavioral model.
THANK YOU!! 1,000+ and counting! 🚀
Nearly three months in, and not a single scientific refutation.
A handful of editorial critiques. ZERO scientific rebuttals. (Yes — zero.) No cracks. Just affirmation — and the kind of eerie silence that speaks volumes. See: Planck’s Principle.
The movement toward behavioral literacy for ALL is accelerating.
Thank you to everyone who’s downloaded, shared, or engaged. 🙏🏽
